Greenskeeper

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Operating walk-behind mowers to cut greens
• Use of line trimmers, push mowers, hedgers, backpack, and handheld blowers
• Maintenance of the bunkers using hand rakes, landscape rakes and shovels
• Ball mark repairs, filling of divots and range maintenance
• Operating of tow-behind blowers, utility vehicles, and some riding equipment
• Daily course set-up, including changing holes, tee block placement, garbage collection
• May be asked to assist in irrigation or drainage repair as well as other large improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Previous golf course or landscaping experience is an asset but not necessary
• Comfortable with working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Ability to follow oral and written directions
• Ability to do moderate lifting
