Auto Spa Detailing Assistant Manager

The Auto Spa located at Eagles Nest Golf Club focuses on delivering the highest level of automotive detailing, delighting our clients with a 'just like new' experience when they drive away in their vehicle.

At this time, we have a full-time, Monday-Sunday, regular business hour opportunity for an Assistant Auto Spa Detailing Manager. Being highly motivated, you must love people, automobiles and possess an excellent attitude.

TASKS:

• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Engage in selling detailing packages to clients
• Train and supervise staff
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Address customers' concerns or needs
• Establish work schedules
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Upkeep Auto Spa utilities or repairs
• Engage in assisting staff with day-to-day detailing procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive detailing experience
• Good communicator; able to speak excellent English
• Mature
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and responsible
• Takes pride in work
• Neat in appearance
• Possess client relationship communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Team player
• Enjoy physical work
• Goal-oriented
• In order to apply you must have a valid Driver's License. 3-5 years of experience of detailing luxury vehicles preferred.
