Our team is looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor to oversee the afternoon/evening and weekend facilities team, as well as perform day-to-day duties to ensure a clean environment for our guests.
DESCRIPTION
• Provide housekeeping support for golf course and event operations
• Monitor employee productivity and provide suggestions to improve quality of work
• Ensure cleanliness of washrooms, outdoor space around the Clubhouse, offices, event & meeting spaces, and locker rooms
• Inspect facility to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Communicate Facilities Manager’s goals and objectives to inspire employees
• Enforce standards, practices, and policies with the guidance of the Facilities Manager
• Must be willing to assist with cleaning when required during events
QUALIFICATIONS
• Cleaning & Supervisory experience mandatory
• Available to work Wednesday-Sunday, late wedding shifts Friday-Sunday
• Attention to detail
• Driver’s license required
